Virtual Staging Australia provides services to clients worldwide, including Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.

Client Communication
All communication is conducted via email unless otherwise agreed.

Commencement of Work
Work will commence once an order has been placed and payment has been received via our website or agreed payment method. By submitting files and completing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment
All services must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed in different currencies depending on your location (e.g. AUD, USD, etc). Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable in the case of change of mind.

Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on workload, project complexity, and external factors.

Revisions
We offer revisions within a reasonable timeframe as outlined on our website. Requests outside the agreed revision period or scope may incur additional fees.

Additional Work
Any work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately. Additional work may require payment before commencement.

Use of Images & Client Responsibility
The client warrants that they have the right to use any images or materials provided to Virtual Staging Australia. We are not responsible for copyright or usage issues relating to materials supplied by the client.

Approval of Final Work
It is the client’s responsibility to review all final images prior to use. Virtual Staging Australia is not responsible for errors or omissions once final work has been approved.

Limitation of Liability
Virtual Staging Australia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service interruptions.

Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers (such as hosting, payment gateways, or software tools) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of these services.

Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose your project details or materials to third parties without your consent, except where required to deliver our services.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final delivered images may be used by the client for their intended purpose. Virtual Staging Australia retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable. If Virtual Staging Australia is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Amendments
Virtual Staging Australia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. However, services are provided globally and may be used by clients in other jurisdictions.
