Services: Virtual Cleaning, Photo Enhancing, Virtual Staging
We worked with Studio Razbash on a high-end residential property marketing project, delivering a combination of virtual cleaning, photo enhancement, and virtual staging across multiple interior and exterior images.
The project began with virtual staging of key living spaces, including the living/dining area and bedroom, where a Scandinavian/Japandi-inspired furniture style was applied. The goal was to create a refined, warm, and minimal aesthetic that aligned with the architect’s existing kitchen and bathroom design, while also appealing to the Malvern buyer demographic. Careful attention was given to furniture proportions, layout flow, and overall visual hierarchy to ensure the spaces felt balanced and cohesive.
In addition to staging, we completed virtual cleaning on the balcony areas, removing stains and visual distractions, and refining external elements such as reflections and surrounding features to improve overall presentation. This helped create a cleaner, more polished outdoor living environment suitable for marketing.
Photo enhancement and colour grading were also applied across all images to ensure consistency in tone and lighting. This included subtle adjustments to warmth, contrast, and exposure, as well as refining window treatments to achieve a soft, diffused, high-end look that complemented the interior styling.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client, incorporating detailed feedback, mark-ups, and reference materials across several revision stages. This collaborative process allowed us to refine the images to a high standard, with particular focus on lighting balance, artwork selection, and overall styling cohesion.
The final images were delivered in line with the client’s campaign timeline and were approved for immediate use in the property’s sales marketing. This project demonstrates the effectiveness of combining virtual staging, cleaning, and photo enhancement to achieve a design-led, premium presentation for residential real estate.
