We partnered with Geocon to deliver virtual staging for a completed residential apartment and a commercial office space, supporting the presentation and marketing of existing stock.

The project involved staging a total of nine images across both property types, each requiring a tailored approach to suit its intended audience. For the residential apartment, we applied a clean, contemporary style using neutral tones and modern furnishings to create a warm, inviting space. The goal was to help potential buyers visualise the apartment as a comfortable and functional home, while enhancing the sense of space and natural light.

For the commercial office space, the styling was more minimal and practical, providing context without overwhelming the layout. This approach allowed prospective tenants or buyers to better understand the scale and flexibility of the space, while still benefiting from a professionally styled presentation. In addition to virtual staging, we enhanced the original office photography, improving brightness and clarity to achieve a more polished and visually appealing result.

Working closely with the Geocon team, we delivered fast turnaround times and incorporated feedback efficiently to ensure the final images aligned with their expectations. The result was a cohesive set of marketing visuals that improved the overall presentation of both residential and commercial spaces, demonstrating the impact of virtual staging and photo enhancement in real-world property marketing.
