We partnered with Distinctive Homes to enhance the marketing presentation of multiple residential display homes through a combination of virtual cleaning, virtual renovation, and professional photo editing.

The initial project focused on a completed display home, where we carried out extensive virtual cleaning to prepare the image for marketing. This included removing neighbouring properties, fencing, street signage, light poles, and unwanted reflections in windows and glass surfaces. Additional refinements were made to correct inconsistencies such as mismatched fencing, garage signage, and lighting imbalances, alongside sky replacement and colour correction to create a cleaner, more cohesive exterior.

Following the preparation stage, we completed a full virtual renovation of the property’s exterior. This involved integrating new landscaping, including grass, garden beds, and trees, as well as replacing the garage door to match supplied architectural references. Each element was carefully reconstructed to ensure accurate perspective, lighting consistency, and seamless integration with the original structure.

Building on the success of the initial project, the scope expanded across multiple properties and developments. To date, we have completed virtual renovation work across nine properties, with a further twelve properties currently in progress across both display homes and client-built homes, all delivered using a consistent, repeatable workflow.

Across these projects, we applied a comprehensive range of enhancements, including the removal of neighbouring properties, fencing, signage, and other visual distractions, along with the correction of reflections, shadows, and lighting inconsistencies. We also carried out sky replacement, colour and brightness optimisation, and ground repairs such as grass and driveway reconstruction. Each property was further enhanced through full landscaping integration – introducing trees, plants, and garden features – alongside fixture replacements such as garage doors matched to architectural renders, and exterior colour adjustments to align with builder specifications.

As a result of this ongoing work, Distinctive Homes has engaged us to support a broader rollout of property imagery, with an additional 50+ properties scheduled for enhancement over the coming year.

The result is a scalable, repeatable workflow that transforms raw site photography into polished, high-impact marketing imagery – demonstrating the effectiveness of combining virtual cleaning, renovation, and photo enhancement for modern real estate presentation.
