Services: Virtual Staging

We worked with PPD Real Estate Coogee on a single virtual staging project for a residential property campaign, supporting the presentation of key interior spaces for marketing purposes.

The project involved virtual staging of four images across the main living areas and bedrooms. The initial brief was to apply a Hamptons-style aesthetic, creating a bright, coastal-inspired look aligned with the agency’s desired presentation style. The goal was to enhance buyer appeal while keeping the styling neutral enough to suit a broad audience.

Once the initial images were delivered, the client requested refinements to the lounge room layout. The original composition was adjusted by removing selected furniture pieces to improve spatial flow and reduce visual crowding. Additional changes were made to shelving styling to shift the look away from a more functional or “office-like” feel and towards a more decorative, lifestyle-focused presentation.

The two bedroom and dining room images were approved without amendments, indicating strong alignment with the intended styling direction. The lounge room revisions were completed promptly and resubmitted for review, resulting in a more balanced and visually open final composition.

Once all feedback was finalised, compressed final versions of the images were prepared for easy use across real estate platforms, ensuring optimal file size and performance for online listings.

The project was delivered with clear communication, fast turnaround times, and efficient handling of client feedback, allowing for a smooth workflow from initial staging through to final approval.

The end result was a cohesive set of professionally staged images that enhanced the overall presentation of the property and supported its digital marketing campaign.
