We worked with Paradiso Road to enhance a tenanted property in preparation for sale, using a combination of virtual cleaning and virtual staging to transform the presentation of key interior spaces.

The challenge was to present the home at its full market potential while working with existing tenant furniture that did not reflect the intended style or appeal for prospective buyers. The goal was to create a clean, modern coastal aesthetic that would align with buyer expectations and strengthen the listing’s visual impact.

The project involved six images across the main living areas and bedrooms. We began with virtual cleaning to remove existing furniture, clutter, and personal items, creating a neutral base for the redesign. This step was essential in allowing the space to feel open, uncluttered, and ready for styling.

Once the spaces were cleared, we applied virtual staging using a modern coastal design direction. The styling incorporated soft neutral tones, light timber textures, and subtle blue accents to complement the property’s existing architectural features. Each room was carefully composed to enhance spatial flow, improve perceived size, and highlight functionality.

The project required close communication with the client, including iterative feedback and refinements to ensure the staging aligned with their vision. Adjustments were made efficiently to furniture selection, layout, and styling balance throughout the process.

The final result was a cohesive set of professionally staged images that significantly improved the presentation of the property, helping position it as a fresh, market-ready home despite being tenant-occupied at the time of capture.
